The Design Process

Payment: Once we have sent you a quote and payment has been agreed upon, we will send you a detailed invoice for the initial deposit to be paid through Paypal(you will be able to pay with a credit card, even if you do not have a Paypal account.)

Project: After we have received the initial payment, we will send you a questionnaire in order to gather the necessary information needed to start creating your website.

Design: Once we have received the outline for your site and all of your website's design information, we will begin the design process. As soon as the initial preview is ready, we will notify you to ask if you would like any changes to be made. At this time we would like to know if you want an entirely new design, or if only minor changes need to be made. We will make any changes that you desire, and re-send any additional previews. Final Payment: After you sign off on the final preview, we will then ask for the final payment to be paid within 5 days from receipt of invoice.

Design goes live: Once the final payment has been made, we begin to upload the code and graphics to your website's host, and also begin integrating the design with your shopping cart software or content management system. This is also the time when we will beginning uploading your product photos and text, if you have purchased this service with your website design.
