Also, it is best that we receive the absolute most information possible initially, in order to give you an accurate quote and avoid additional costs later on.
What is the best method used to contact you?I prefer to communicate via email, because it is the best way to keep a record of any details that we have discussed about your site, and keep things up to date. However, live chat and phone conversations can be arranged as well.
What kind of business will you design a site for?Just about any business, except for those containing adult content. We have a very eclectic taste and will be able to match up the perfect design with your individual business type.
What payment method do you prefer?We prefer to work with Paypal only, but will accept a Money Order by request. Once you have submitted a quote request, and we have agreed upon a price, I will send you an invoice to be paid via Paypal, and you will be able to use a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Do you have a payment plan?Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis. Payment in full is required before any design will be uploaded into your webhost.
Do you have a waiting list?Sometimes there is a waiting list, and the best way to find this out is by contacting us. If you would like to be put on a waiting list, we will require that a deposit be placed in order to hold your spot.
